Soft Chocolate Biscuit Recipe


My friends and I love trying a new recipe on every weekend. Cooling and sharing the new delicacy are the climax for our weekends. Does it sound funny? We would love to hear it from you in the comments section. Last weekend we baked soft chocolate biscuit recipe. Wow! It was awesome and we will consider it once more. What You Require

One egg yolk
Vanilla extract (one tablespoon)
Semi-sweet chocolate(160 grams)
Chopped nuts (1 cup)
Butter and cocoa butter(one cup each)
Two teaspoons of milk
One and half cups of icing sugar
All-purpose flour (2 cups)
Baking soda(half-teaspoon)
1 tablespoon of salt

How We Made the Soft Chocolate Biscuits
i. We pre-heated the oven to 175 degree Celsius.
ii. Using a large bowl and an electric mixer, we beat butter, vanilla extract and sugar. Flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda are then mixed in a bowl and added into the butter mixture.(used for chocolate centers)
iii. Milk and chocolate are placed in a pan and placed on heating water for it to melt and blend well.
iv. Once the chocolate and milk have blended well, add the chocolate centers. They are then left to bake about 10 minutes before they are ready.
